Description/Type of Records: Input documents such as documents used to enter information into an electronic system, non-casual employee timesheets, opened envelopes, packing slips, post-it notes, routing slips, telephone messages, temporary instructions, unsolicited direct mail, voice-mail recordings, and waybills.
