To document the management of minor and major security incidents.
Description/Type of Records: 
Incident reports, accident/illness reports, witness statements, campus security statements, security alerts, security alert checklists and emergency checklists, dispatch logs, and statistical reports. NOTE: For incidents resulting in insurance claims, see Specific Retention Rule 2011.02 - Insurance Claims
