To document cases of protected disclosure that may involve research or academic integrity, harassment, or other behaviour that constitutes a breach of the Code of Conduct.
Description/Type of Records: 
Correspondence, notes pertaining to disclosures, investigative reports, annual reports on protected disclosure activities.
